Should you choose to make an adoption plan:

• You can choose an agency-approved adoptive family.
• You can determine the amount of contact with your child that is comfortable for you (letters, pictures and/or visits).
• We can help with your housing, medical, living and legal expenses.
• Birthfather and family members can be as involved as you would like and we will connect you with an adoption attorney to explain their rights.
• We will provide ongoing counseling and support for as long as you want.
